refactor(opencode): restructure config and replace legacy plugins

Rewrites opencode.json, drops the with-context, websearch and terminal-bell plugins, adds plugins that strip Claude-only commands and OMC MCP servers, and vendors the impeccable, web-design-guidelines and frontend-workflow skills.
