Four plugin specs still listed telescope (or telescope-dap) as a dependency, causing :Lazy sync to silently re-install telescope after Phase 3. Drop the explicit telescope dep from venv-selector (v2 has its own picker UI) and from dap (telescope-dap was unused). Delete cheatsheet.nvim and gitignore.nvim entirely — both are pure-telescope frontends with no fallback, and removing telescope broke them.
